Jack Taylor is an illustrator based in Berlin from London. I went to his part time studio in South London to check out his work. I love Jacks minimal marks and shapes. I think his book in the photographs below are a beautiful example of the potential of Risograph printing. Whilst checking out his sketchbooks I was excited with the way Jack maps out his ideas. I really admire the way he finds interesting shapes in everyday life, for example a passed out man on the street becomes a geometric shape in his illustrations. His layout, the shapes and colors he uses are always carefully considered – a clever image maker!
thanks for having me Jack. Please see more of his work at www.jack-taylor.co.uk
